Abstract

This study aims to measure the extent to which the Price Earning Ratio at PT Suparma, Tbk. with the use of variable Current Ratio, Debt to Equity and Total AssetTurnover. From this research can be known what actions should be undertaken by the management company to maintain and improve Price Earning Ratio of the company. The approach used in this study was the quantitative approach. The data used are secondary data in the form of quarterly financial statements of PT Suparma, Tbk 2013-2017 period. The population of this research are the financial statements of PT Suparma, Tbk. With a sample of as many as 20 i.e. financial statements as much as 5 years. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression on the significance level of α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that some influential variables simultaneously and significantly to Price Earning Ratio. The variable Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) influential in partial and significantly to Price Earning Ratio. While the variable Total Asset Turnover (X3) influential partially but not significantly to Price Earning Ratio. Determination of the dominant variables showed that the variables of Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) has the highest value of the β value 0.656 against Price Earning Ratio.
