Abstract
The world of health has experienced significant development. Covid-19 outbreak that has hit the world, forcing the acceleration of the world of health towards revolution 4.0. This also applies to Indonesia and health services are quite a matter of concern in Indonesia given the size of the territory and the large population of Indonesia. One of the most popular forms in Indonesia is Teleconsultation. Teleconsultation is a combination of health services with information and communication technology where in teleconsultation distance is no longer a barrier for a doctor or medical personnel to provide a health service. Lots of service providers offer this sophisticated Teleconsulting technology. Teleconsultation did not go as expected. There are many factors and aspects that must be considered considering that teleconsultation is different from conventional medical consultation in practice. So that we need a more understanding about teleconsultation itself and also about how the form of responsibility in the event of a loss. Can be compared to conventional medical consultation.
