Abstract
Thesis entitled Analysis of Factors - Factors Affecting the Performance of Credit Sales Accounting Information Systems at CV. Prima Indo Steel Surabaya is a qualitative research that aims to answer questions about how the credit sales accounting system is in CV. Prima Indo Steel Surabaya. 2 Researchers collected data through observation, interviews with the administration and operational departments. The techniques used in this research are the results of observation, interviews, and documentation which are then processed to obtain answers to the questions on the problem formulation. The results of this study indicate that CV. Prima Indo Steel Surabaya in running the sales accounting system has not been optimal because there are still deficiencies, namely the credit function to approve credit from customers and there is still no recording of accounts receivable on the receivable card. Suggestions from researchers for CV. Prima Indo Steel Surabaya, namely the need for a credit function. This is because the credit function is responsible for checking the credit status of customers as well as providing credit authorization to customers, so that the credit function can minimize bad debts.
