Abstract

The employee training and education program uses an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, which is an information program system training for employees to work more effectively. PT. Yamamori Indonesia is a Japanese company established in Indonesia since 1991 that produces necklace chains made of precious metals, gold and silver. ERP systems are used to make it easier for employees to work more quickly, efficiently and effectively. Human resources are an important role for the success of this system, the company strives for human resources within the company to run effectively, it is necessary to evaluate training and education programs. This study aims to describe the evaluation of the process of implementing education and training programs, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the training and education process, and to find out follow-up efforts to improve the training and education process in improving employee competence at PT. Yamamori Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Evaluation of the process of implementing training and education programs using the CIPP model. The results showed that the evaluation of the implementation process of training and education programs was quite good, but there were several things that needed to be improved and developed. The factors that support and hinder the training process are divided into two factors, first from human resources including participant interest, material readiness, and presenter readiness, the second factor from the readiness of the system itself. Efforts to improve the process of training and education in improving the competence of employees of PT. Yamamori Indonesia is to conduct a TNA (Training Need Analysis) in each division to identify training and education need
