Abstract
This study aims to determine the analysis of the application of training and human resource development (HRM) to improve the quality of human resources (HRM) of employees in post paud integrated Krembangan Sub-district Surabaya. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method.This study uses primary and secondary data collected through documentation and observation techniques.
