Abstract

This research is a study of how the application of digital marketing Public Relations of Bhayangkara University Surabaya via Instagram @ubharasurabaya in increasing the number of new students. This study aims to analyze the application of digital marketing of Ubhara Surabaya Public Relations in presenting a flagship program of Ubhara Surabaya through Instagram @ubharasurabaya in order to increase the number of new students in the new academic year 2022. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and interview techniques with the Head of Public Relations Ubhara Surabaya, as well as made observations on Instagram @ubharasurabaya regarding the application of digital marketing of Public Relations Ubhara Surabaya in presenting Ubhara Surabaya's flagship program to increase the number of new students. The results of this study indicate that the application of digital marketing Public Relations of Bhayangkara University Surabaya through Instagram @ubahrasurabaya in increasing the number of new students has not run optimally, because Instagram @ubharasurabaya was only formed in 2021, as well as the number of new students who will be a benchmark for the success of digital application. marketing through Instagram @ubharasurabaya will be carried out in the new academic year 2022.
