Abstract
Surabaya Zoo is an animal protection park. Apart from being a sanctuary for endangered animals, the zoo functions as a place of recreation and as a living laboratory for the community. The popularity of the Surabaya Zoo has attracted the attention of foreign tourists from abroad. Public Relations Surabaya Zoo made a rebranding effort using an Instagram account. Marketing Public Relations is a planning process with a program to stimulate and attract customer interest through information with the impression of meeting the required product. Marketing public relations is a marketing process related to price, product, place and promotion. Marketing public relations is a marketing-oriented public relations which means that before and after marketing is carried out, public relations carries out image building activities for a product or service, if the company is good, it will facilitate public marketing which can turn the public into consumers. Through social media Instagram @kebunbinatangsurabaya PDTS Surabaya Zoo optimizes its branding using pull strategy, push strategy and pass strategy.
