Abstract
The purpose of the study is to know the application of accountability as a management control in PT. Jerindo Jaya Abadi, analyzes accountability as a management control tool in PT. Jerindo Jaya Abadi. Researchers use qualitative descriptive approach, data obtained directly from the company consisting of report profit and loss. PT. Jerindo Jaya Abadi is a distributor company that implements accounting responsibly well through management control done in each department. From the results of research analysis can be concluded that the implementation of accountability in PT. Jerindo Jaya Abadi has been effective. The application of responsibility accounting is reflected in the preparation of budgets involving part managers and organizational structures that have clearly shared authority and responsibilities. The accountability report has compared the budget plan with the realization of the budget as well as the budget preparation procedures that have been prepared through the stages.
