Abstract

The company's performance is often highlighted, especially in its ability to generate profits. The higher the level of profitability, the higher the level of the company's ability to generate profits. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Working Capital Turn Over, Debt To Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on the profit growth of Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection using financial statement analysis. The population of this research is the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that Working Capital Turn Over, Debt To Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a significant simultaneous and partial effect on the profit growth of Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The Net Profit Margin variable has a dominant influence on the profit growth of Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period.
