Abstract

In the era of globalization, it plays a role in changing the order of human life. Especially in terms of technology and telecommunications that play an active role in life or in activities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, which became a world economic problem and created rules that prohibit and limit meetings with one another, so adapting to digital is the best solution, with this being the case, Telecommunication and network product providers need quality employee performance to achieve the company's target so as to be able to meet the existing market demand. The population in this study were employees of the Central Cellular Group Sidoarjo as many as 64 employees. Sampling using the Slovin formula resulted in 55 employees as respondents in this study. And the measurement of variables using the Likert scale data type by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that in the Simultaneous Test (Test F) it is known that Work Experience (X1), Job Training (X2) and Salary (X3) together have a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). In the partial test (t test) it is known that Work Experience (X1), Job Training (X2) and Salary (X3) individually have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Therefore, Central Cellular Group Sidoarjo must pay attention to Job Training in order to improve employee performance
