Abstract
This study aims to find out about the Management of Village Fund Allocation in realizing Accountability to village communities. Which is a major factor in government institutions as a form of accountability to increase participation in rural communities. The transparency of village fund management aims to find out about the Planning, Management and Accountability system. This study uses descriptive qualitative data with a case study describing the Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Sumber Kembar village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency. The study will examine the applicable regulations concerning the management of village fund allocations, namely Law No. 6 of 2014 "About Villages" and crosschecked with real phenomena that occur in the management of the Village Fund Allocation and the implementation of the Village Fund Transparency (ADD) in Sumber Kembar Village. The results of this study indicate that for the planning and implementation of Village Fund Allocation activities, there has been an accountable and transparent management. Whereas in accountability seen in physical results have shown an accountable and transparent implementation, but from the administrative side there is still needed further coaching, because it is not fully in accordance with the provisions. The main obstacle is the ineffective development of village government officials and human resource competencies, so they still need ongoing assistance from the Regional Government officials
