Abstract
Human Trafficking is a form of crime that victims are most unaware of. By denying the opportunity to critically evaluate the offered job, the tactician is forced to give the necessary work and think only of how the victim is progressing in life. Hiding behind economic and financial difficulties. The purpose of this study was to determine the detection of human trafficking criminal activity through social media. Human Trafficking on social media in the form of prostitution approaches the victim by fulfilling his emotional needs so that a good relationship can be established between the perpetrator and the victim. In addition, if the perpetrator is interested, he uses a group of men who are willing to order. The second most important mode is the TIP (human trafficking) mode due to illegal work. Human trafficking starts here. Obstacles in dealing with criminal acts of trafficking in persons for legal reasons are the absence of regulations that specifically regulate trafficking in persons using social media and victims of the PTPPO (Eradication of the Criminal Act of Trafficking in Persons) Law.
