Abstract
Increasingly rapid technological developments have brought a lot of influence in many areas of life including machinery culinary production. An assortment of culinary machine eg frying machines generally use manual so that the process longer, unstable, requiring a lot of human resources to operate and expensive production costs. The final task is to make the means of production machine by using Auto frying oil temperature sensor using a timer as a control, use the heater without the use of gas, as well as thermocontrol and Thermocouple in order to set the desired temperature and to reduce overheating, which would lead to results not optimal.
