Abstract
This description's title is "Juridical observations for the first registrators of the brand rights holder (Verdictical study of Surabaya District Court Number 01/HKI.MEREK/2017/PN-Niaga-Sby) That is similar to the base which connects to Regulation Number 20 of 2016 about brand and geographical indication. This research uses juridical normative methods with the approach of Regulation, Cases, and Analysis. The Problem formulation of this research is (1) Connected with the observation of Rights. Common observations about brands based on Indonesian Act regulations. and the common observations of the brand rights holder's first registration who connected with the act regulations number 20 of 2016 about the brand and the geographical indications.
