Abstract

Cybercrime is a cross-border or transnatioal crime, which can be committed anywhere, anytime, and anyone. Cybercrime is a crime that is not limited by time and space. In many discourses jurisdiction in cybercrime becomes an interesting to discuss, especially in law enforcement. Moreover, the object of the crime is one of the central parts of our country such as satellites. A satellite is an electronic system that does not rule out hacked by irresponsible hackers. Remember, the satellite is a transponder of various telecommunications systems that exist on Earth.
