Abstract
The development of the business world has progressed very rapidly with an increasing level of competition between companies, one of which is manufacturing companies. This study aims to analyze and prove the application of financial statements in evaluating the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. This study used financial ratio measurements based on liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability ratios. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the analysis of financial statements can be concluded, namely the liquidity ratio, the company's financial performance is somewhat poor because it shows that the company's position is said to be not liquid or unable to meet its current debt with its current assets. On the solvency ratio, the company's performance is said to be good because it shows the company is able in terms of fulfilling obligations with its current assets or capital. In the profitability ratio, the company's financial performance is fairly good, because it is able to fulfill its current obligations or debts with sales or net profit it has.
