Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Effect of Team Work, Work Discipline and Incentives on Employee Performance at CV Formula Agrapana Surabaya. In the current global economic situation, globalization affects almost every aspect of people's lives, especially affecting the Indonesian economy. The era of globalization can make Indonesia's economic life better, but the presence of the era of globalization in the economic field is a challenge for Indonesian people, especially company employees who must be ready to face today's global competition. In this study, the respondents were employees at CV Formula Agrapana Surabaya with a total of 63 respondents as the research sample. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test, t test, and looking at the dominant influence with a significant level of 5%. The test results proved that the variables Team Work, Work Discipline and Incentives had a simultaneous and significant effect with the results of multiple linear regression in the F test obtained Fcount of 35.101 greater than Ftable 2.761 and the resulting significance value of 0.000 was much smaller than ɑ = (0, 05), while a significant partial effect through the t test obtained tcount for each independent variable, namely the Team Work Variable (X1) of 3.708, Work Discipline (X2) of 3.319, and Incentives (X3) of 3.590 greater than the ttable value of 1.671, the independent variables namely Team Work, Work Discipline and Incentives have an effect on the dependent variable Employee Performance, while the Team Work variable has a dominant effect on Employee Performance at CV Formula Agrapana Surabaya.
