Abstract
This study aims to find out about the Effect of communication, Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction on Work Motivation at PT Gatra Persada Tritan Taman Sidoarjo. In the current era of globalization, the development of the retail business world is increasingly advanced, this has caused the level of competition between companies and other companies to be increasingly stringent. Such conditions require companies to always improve and perfect their business fields so that they can compete with other companies and maintain the existence of these companies in a sustainable manner. In this study, the respondents were employees at PT Gatra Persada Tritan Taman Sidoarjo with a total population of 150 people and 62 respondents from the total population of researchers used them as research samples. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test, t-test, and looking at the dominant influence with a significant level of 5%. The test results proved that the variables Communication, Leadership Style, and Job Satisfaction have an effect simultaneously and significantly with the results of multiple linear regression in the F test obtained a Fcount of 21.887 greater than Ftable 2.764 and the resulting significance value of 0.000 is much smaller than ɑ = (0, 05), while a significant partial effect through the t-test obtained count for each independent variable, namely the Communication Variable (X1) of 3.080, Leadership Style (X2) of 3.000, and Job Satisfaction (X3) of 3.321 which is greater than the value of the table of 1.671, the independent variables namely Communication, Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction affect the dependent variable Work Motivation, while the Job Satisfaction variable has a dominant effect on Work Motivation at PT Gatra Persada Tritan Taman Sidoarjo
