Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the effect of compensation, career development and leadership style on employee performance. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether compensation, career development and leadership style simultaneously affect employee performance, whether compensation, career development and leadership style partially affect employee performance and which knowledge of compensation, career development and leadership style has a dominant effect on employee performance. The sample of this research used 66 employees of PT. Trisila Sentosa Abadi Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires and tested with descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, determinants,hypothesis testing (F test), hypothesis testing (t test) and dominant variable hypothesis testing using the SPSS application. for windows. The results of the study show that simultaneously compensation, career development and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance. compensation, career development and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance. dominantly the variable that has the dominant influence is compensation
