Abstract
Research and Service is an implementation of the tri dharma component of higher education which is the main task of lecturers. For research lecturers and community service can not be avoided because it is a duty that must be fulfilled as well as obligation to teach. LPPM (Institute of Research and Community Service) is a unit of activity that functions to manage all research activities and community service performed by lecturers in connection with the improvement of the quality of the lecturer. At this time in LPPM Bhayangkara University does not have a system capable of supporting the activities of research management and community service. In this study designed a management information system using the programming language PHP framework Codeigniter, MySQL. With this system, is expected to overcome the various needs of the user and facilitate lecturers in conducting research.
