Abstract

Motor coil break is a main tool that utilizes electrical energy to drive equipment equipment on Harbor Mobile Crane system. The induction motor is used the same as the induction motor in general, electrical energy source is on the side of the stator, while the electrical system on the rotor side is induced through the air gap of the stator with the electromagnetic medium. In use, some three phase induction motors require braking as found in the motor cranes. Braking is used so that the motor can stop in accordance with the location and position we want. There are many ways you can do to stop the motor, but in Final Assignment we will discuss about securing more current on DC coil break. So in this Final Project we deliberately analyze the systematic / workings of the circuit coil break electrical system and make system improvements. Because if there is damage to the electrical system causing the cable reel is not normal so mebuat cable to be broken and making this circuit will ease in case of trouble shoting in the field of electricity, then this is necessary for this system. The method that will be used in a safety circuit research on microcontroller based motorcycle break coil is by studying the system of how a control has been performed in the program, the components used in controlling the electrical system of the break motor coil, as well as the functions and conditions that must be filled with the component. The tool that we studied later is just a learning for a particular development in the industry, which hopefully later we can improvise / develop electrical system from coil break motor cabel rail so that if trouble shoe happens not to decide cabel.
