Abstract

Hammer Stick is a tool used by security person. As a tool for security claimed to be able to paralyze the target easily and quickly. Of the problem came the idea of an upgrade tonfa become a security tool which is effective by giving high voltage. Addition high voltage using the circuit joule thief inverter and voltage multiplier. From the circuit Hammer Stick can generate as much electricity 13.000 volt DC. With high voltage tonfa to be an effective tool to paralyzed with quickly. Expected in exitence high voltage the security can be more optimal in keeping environmental security.
