Abstract
The aims of this research is to analyze and prove the influence of motivation and environment on work effectiveness and employee performance in the Government and Regional Autonomy Bureau of East Java Province. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample population was 52 people.The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Data collection through observation, distribution of questionnaires and interviews. Based on the analysis and research results obtained, it can be concluded that the Motivation and Environmental variables have a significant positive effect on Work Effectiveness and Employee Performance, while the Work Effectiveness variable has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance However, the Motivation and Environmental variables do nothave a significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Effectiveness.
