Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluate the effect of communication, information technology and work from home on work productivity through employee performance among working students. The research sample was 344 working students of STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique that uses the entire population. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research explain that communication, information technology and work from home influence employee performance and productivity,and communication, information technology and work from home influence productivity through employee performance.
