Abstract
This study aims to determine Organizational Communication Strategies in Growing Work Motivation of Perum Bulog Regional Office of East Java. This research is based on employee motivation. The purpose of this research is to find out the communication strategy applied by the leadership in fostering employee performance motivation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques, namely direct observation of the field with interviews and document collection. It can be concluded that there are several communication strategies that are owned by an interpersonal approach. The form of organizational communication direction at Perum Bulog Regional Office of East Java is by various activities that support employees to be able to share and convey information from superiors to employees and pay attention to supporting facilities and infrastructure in the office, as well as supporters and obstacles encountered in implementing the communication strategy, namely a comfortable and conducive work environment then rewards or bonuses given to employees and obstacles in the form of a communication process that is not carried out well causes the delivery of messages ortasks to be slow and employee discipline in carrying out tasks so that it has an impact on other units.
