Abstract

This thesis is entitled “Evaluation of village direct cash assistance (BLT-DD) in Sedatigede Sidoarjo”. This study aims first, to find out how to evaluate the receipt of direct cash assistance (BLT) funds to improve the welfare of the underprivileged in Sedatigede Village, Sidoarjo. The second is to find out the impact of direct cash assistance funds on improving the welfare of the underprivileged in Sedatigede Village, Sidoarjo. This study uses qualitative research methods, the data sources used are primary data sources obtained from interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that evaluating the receipt of cash direct assistance funds to improve the welfare of the underprivileged in Sedatigede Sidoarjo Village is a very important thing to do because evaluating recipients of direct cash assistance funds can be smoothed every month, so that the distribution of funds can also run well without there are obstacles. The impact of direct cash assistance funds for increasing the welfare of the underprivileged in Sedatigede Village, Sidoarjo has not yet had an impact on the community because the funds are not disbursed every month and the direct cash assistance funds are relatively small to improve the welfare of the underprivileged in Sedatugede Sidoarjo Village
