Abstract

Structural planning of buildings, especially high-rise buildings, requires a structural analysis that leads to earthquake-resistant building planning. In this final project, the planning of Bank BPR Jombang was taken from development in Jombang City by modifying the building area from 18 meters x 16 meters to 22 meters x 21 meters to add a concept of comfort for its users. Based on the function of the building and the results of the NSPT test, the BPR jombang bank office building is included in the risk category II with soft soil conditions which have a seismic design category C value so that planning calculations use the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS). Planning and calculating earthquake loads using SNI 1726-2019. Structural calculations use SNI 2847-2019 and Indonesian Reinforced Concrete Regulations 1971. Calculation of building loading uses SNI 1727-2019 As for modeling using the SAP 2000 program. In addition to calculating structural planning, in this Final Project calculating the volume of reinforcement, then it is realized in the form of a structure calculation report, detailed structural and architectural drawings and the amount of reinforcement required.
