Abstract
Various factors in planning a building structure must be considered for the sustainability of the building. The main factor that must be considered is the strength of the building to withstand loads for security and safety. To get the design of a building structure that is safe and resistant to earthquakes, the structure must be planned in such a way based on existing construction regulations. Because construction regulations in a country have different advantages and are designed according to needs. In this Final Project, the planning of building structure calculations uses the main structure of reinforced concrete. The building, which was originally 3 floors, was modified to 6 floors. This building is an office facility, so earthquake planning is included in risk category II. Based on earthquake calculations, the building is included in Seismic Design Category (KDS) D. Therefore, this building is planned using the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) method. The re-planning of the structure of this 6-story office building uses SNI 2847:2019 Structural Concrete for Buildings and pays attention to the procedures for planning building structures for earthquake resistance using SNI 1726:2019. To simplify calculations, the building is modeled using SAP 2000. From this plan, it is expected that the building will be able to withstand the earthquake forces that occur.
