Abstract
The government in an effort to emphasize the practice of KKN conducts an electronic auction process (e-procurement) where with the system of procurement of goods and services electronically or commonly referred to as e- procurement, the process of procuring government goods and services becomes faster, safer and more efficient. E-procurement is organized by the Electronic System Procurement Service (LPSE). In the process of procurement of construction goods and services in the Work Unit for the Development of the East Java Settlement Environmental Health System, e-procurement has been carried out through LPSE LKPP where service providers can conduct auctions anywhere, without being hampered by the dimensions of space. This study aims to determine what factors cause service providers to fall in the process of procuring government goods and services as well as to find out what factors are most dominant in causing the fall of service providers in the procurement of goods and government with the e-procurement system.
