Abstract

With the time goes, population growth in Indonesia every year always increases the number of requests for housing needs also increases. that's all lately, many developers are competing to offer various alternative houses from location, land area, building area, room data, public facilities, bonuses, house design and house quality, environment, and various prices. This is what causes consumers to be very clever in choosing which housing to take according to the desired criteria. Decision support system to assist consumers in choosing housing following consumer desires. The system with the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method is used to determine the weights of the predetermined criteria, while the Simple Additive Weighting method is used for alternative rankings. This research produces a housing selection decision support system using the AHP-SAW method. In this system the user can choose the housing option as desired, to get a home reference. In addition, this system has also been tested for functions in the system, and runs 100%.
