Abstract

The closeness of personal relationships is commonly used as a factor in selecting work team members in a company with the proximity between team members and having the same chemistry can improve the team's work results, but so far the assessment of the level of closeness of personal relationships is subjective because it is measured based on genetic relationships. , the length of time they were together and the distance from which they lived. One method that can be used to solve this problem is the Naive Bayes method. Naive Bayes is a simple probabilistic classifier that calculates a set of probabilities by adding up the frequencies and combinations of values from a given dataset. The algorithm uses Bayes theorem and assumes all attributes are independent or not interdependent given by the value of the class variable. From the test results by comparing the training data and testing data obtained an accuracy rate of 87,5%.
