Abstract
Cucumber ice products as fresh drinks are produced by "UMKM Wahyu Barokah" owned by Mrs. Ulik Uswatun Chasanah, located at Panjang Jiwo GG. Copy No. 5 RT 04 RW 02, Surabaya, can be consumed by all levels of society. The problems faced by MSME "Wahyu Barokah" are limited production space because the production house is still attached to Mrs. Ulik's residence, as well as a sales system that is only based on orders (not ready stock). The aim of this service is to improve product quality and expand the marketing system, especially for products such as onde-onde ketawa, taro chips, gadung crackers, rambak, various pastries, mangosteen peel herbal drinks, lemongrass tea, and especially cucumber ice. The methods used in this service include: 1. Training related to products and services, science and technology diffusion, science and technology substitution (renewable science and technology), or science and technology simulation.2.Continuing education. 3. Awareness or increased understanding of the problem. 4.Consultation, assistance or mediation. The results of the implementation of this community service emphasize program outputs in the form of products or services produced by the "Wahyu Barokah" MSMEs as an indicator of the program's success.
