Abstract
The planning for the Muhammadiyah 1 Krian elementary school building uses a reinforced concrete main structure. This building is planned to measure 9 m x 57.5 m and has 6 floors which function as classrooms. This building is an educational facility building so the earthquake is planned to be included in risk category IV. Based on earthquake calculations, the building is included in Seismic Design Category (KDS) D, and has an earthquake priority factor of 1.5. Therefore, this building was planned using the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK) method. Furthermore, the calculation of building structural elements in the building is carried out in accordance with the provisions/rules contained in the SNI-2847-2019 regulations, namely Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings. The loads reviewed in this plan are dead loads, live loads, wind loads and earthquake loads according to SNI 1729-2019, namely Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-building Structures. Then, to simplify the calculation of the main structure, the building was modeled using the help of the SAP2000 v21 application and the help of the SPColumn v6.00 application to determine the amount of reinforcement, check strength, and find out the reinforcement ratio used in planning the main columns of the building. From this plan, the output of the main structure of the Muhammadiyah 1 Krian elementary school building is obtained, namely: the thickness of the floor plate and roof plate is 12 cm, then the main beam B1 is 25/50 and the main column K1 is 50 x 50 cm. For the column reinforcement output from the SPColumn application, the amount of reinforcement is 16-D25mm with a ratio of 3.26%.
