Abstract
Housing development in Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, is growing rapidly because it is included in the metropolitan agglomeration. This requires adequate facilities and infrastructure. This area is very strategic to build housing because it has an impact on the population and the economy. Optimal construction management is important to save costs. In housing projects, human resources are very important because they require large costs. Data was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to respondents processed through SPSS software to find out whether the data was valid and reliable or not. This study used Dispropotionate Stratified Random Sampling. The samples referred to were foremen, handymen and daily porters as well as builders and wholesale porters of the type 43 Grand Sentosa Land housing project, Sedati District, and Taman Sukodono Regency II, Sukodono District. Using observation and interview data collection techniques. Data analysis with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the reliability test and validity test, it was obtained that the ratio of the difference in wages of daily workers and wholesalers in the Grand Sentosa Land housing project type 43 in Sedati district and the Taman Sukodono Regency II housing project type 43 in Sukodono – Sidoarjo district was declared reliable and valid. The ratio of the difference in wages of daily handymen and type 43 wholesale workers in Grand Sentosa Land housing district. Sedati and Taman Sukodono Regency II sub-district Sukodono – Sidoarjo are more expensive for the Taman Sukodono Regency II sub-district. Sukodono 2% each.
