Abstract

Competence is an important aspect that is owned by employee for working in a company. After employee provide optimal performance with competence, compensation is needed to keep that performance to be more optimal. Besides that, a good work environment factor must also be improved.Even in its implementation there are still obstacles. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of competence, compensation and work nvironment on employee performance at PT. Siantar Top, Tbk Sidoarjo. This study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The population of this study are all employee of PT. Siantar Top, Tbk Sidoarjo which amounted to 720 people where 72 people were sampled with incidental sampling method. The analysis method that used is multiple linear regression analysis with a hypothesis test that is F test and t test. The results of this study show that competence, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance.
