Abstract

The progress of an organization will not be separated from the existence and influence of human resources in it. Human resources are the main factor of the organization in carrying out all its activities in an effort to achieve goals. The goal to be achieved in this study is to examine the commitment, competence, and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Bag Center Cemerlang Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research. Variable measurements using Likert scale data types by distributing questionnaires. The sample was taken as many as 56 people as respondents from a population of 56 employees at PT. Bag Center Cemerlang Surabaya. The sampling technique is done using total sampling techniques. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of commitment, competence and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, while partially commitment did not significantly influence employee performance, partially which had a significant effect only on competency and work discipline variables. which work discipline variables have a dominant influence on employee performance.Therefore, companies should maintain work discipline
