Abstract
PT. GRAHA MUKTI HUSADA (JEC-JAVA) is a company in the field of eye health services. In the face of competitive competition companies must improve company performance, through improving management accounting information to strengthen and enhance the competitiveness of companies. This study aims to determine the effect of top management support factors, user involvement in the system development process, and training and education programs on corporate performance. The research method is associative. The study sample was taken by 28 respondents. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the use of management accounting information had an effect on the performance of the eye clinic (JEC-JAVA) in the Darmo area of Surabaya. Management (JEC-JAVA) should improve financial reporting accounting in an effort to improve company performance
