Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the payroll accounting information system of government employees at the Regional Work Unit, and to find out the use of teko-cak application that produces an assessment score that affects the salaries of government employees. Salaries are important for government employees as individuals because the amount of salary reflects the size of the value of their work among some government employees themselves. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach using a case study from the Teko-Cak Application with the focus of research on the cycle of the payroll accounting information system part of government employees in the Regional Work Unit, the process of using the Teko-cak application, making payroll, payroll budgeting, payroll verification, and the risks that may arise from internal control in Sawahan, City Surabaya. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the teko-cak application system plays an important role in the assessment score. The document will be e-Delivery to SIPK, submitted to SPP, processed into SPM, and published by SP2D which is used for payroll through Bank Jatim to the account of each government employee in the Regional Work Unit.
