Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the system of people's business credit (KUR) implemented by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.The Tarik Sidoarjo Unit is in accordance with the theoretical study in the literature review, and the internal control system is effective. The background of this research is that banks are business entities that collect funds from the public in the form of deposits and channel them to the public in the form of loans and other forms in order to improve the lives of many people. Banks must pay attention to a good credit system that is supported by an effective internal control system. Data was collected by interview, observation and documentation methods which were then analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the procedure for giving rakayat business loans (KUR) conducted by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Sidoarjo Hotel Pull Unit is well implemented starting from the credit application stage, credit analysis covering 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition), credit disposition, credit agreement, credit disbursement, and credit supervision.
