Abstract

The smell of chicken manure is a difficult thing to overcome.However, breeders still use manuals to spray EM4 liquid to remove odors.But in practice also humans often forget in spraying the liquid, the prototype system of spraying the smell of sewage on the chicken coop is one solution.In this prototype sprayer is made based on Arduino which is integrated with the Fuzzy Logic intelligent system using the sugeno and fuzzyfication methods, and Weight Average to determine defuzzyfication. The output from defuzzyfication as PWM to activate the motor driver. Minimum Arduino based system as the main controller of the system, Motor driver as regulating PWM water pump, EM4 and 12v pump, DC water pump as EM4 pumping, 12v pump as water discharge valve. The MQ-137 sensor is the main parameter, and the LCD is used to display information.In this research, the prototype of a manure odor spray system in a chicken coop produced a NH3 ammonia gas concentration detection system which obtained sensor 1 with an average of 42 ppm and sensor 2 with an average of 41 ppm according to data obtained from the MQ-137 sensor.
