Abstract
Labor or human resources have an important role in the company in an effort to achieve success. Therefore, companies should pay attention to factors that may affect the performance of its employees, such as compensation, performance appraisal, and work environment. Achievement of employee performance Hotel Kartika Graha Malang said not yet optimal. The purpose of this study is to find out how the compensation, working environment conditions, and employee performance at Hotel Kartika Graha Malang, and to determine the effect of compensation, performance appraisal, and work environment either partially or simultaneously to employee performance at Hotel Kartika Graha Malang .
