Abstract
One of the successes of an institution or organization in achieving its objectives is also determined by the condition of the employee, if there is harmony between employees and the organization's leadership or between members in the organization. Likewise employees at PT.Antar Surya Media where public relations activities can improve employee performance This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data obtained from the results of interviews with public relations staff of PT.Antar Surya Media. The results of this study indicate that public relations has a role and effort in improving employee performance which can be observed by giving appreciation in the form of bonuses, awards, and promotions, can listen to and appreciate employee ideas, often appear when employees work, giving special programs namely holidays or gathering event. The other influential factor in efforts to improve employee performance is the interaction of leaders and employees, the relationship between employees, providing a safe and secure feeling, placing employees according to their ability.
