Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Leadership, Job Culture, and Communication toward Job Motivation and Employee Job Satisfaction in Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Surabaya. This research purposed are to aim and examining: (1) influence of Leadership, Job Culture, and Communication toward Job Motivation; (2) influence of Leadership, Job Culture, and Communication toward Employee Job Satisfaction; and (3) influence of Job Motivation toward Employee Job Satisfaction in Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Surabaya. The respondent being analyzed are 120 employee in Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Surabaya. The tool used for analyzing is the path analysis obtained through the software SPPS version 22. To Sum up, the result show that: (1) Leadership has significant influence toward Job Motivation; (2) Job Culture has significant influence toward Job Motivation; (3) Communication has significant influence toward Job Motivation; (4) Leadership has not significant influence toward Job Satisfaction; (5) Job Motivation has not significant influence toward Job Satisfaction; (6) Communication has not significant influence toward Job Satisfaction; (7) Job Motivation has significant influence toward Employee Job Satisfaction in Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Khusus Surabaya.
