Abstract

This study aims to analyze regional expenditure and its impact on increasing economic growth. The method used in this study is a simultaneous equation model, using panel data for district and city in East Java, Indonesia. The findings of this study that regional expenditure has a positiv effect on the level of regional economic growth, which means that regional expenditure has a significant positive effect, if regional expenditure is increased, this will encourage an increase in the level of economic growth
