Abstract
Economic growth is one of the important benchmarks in determining of success of economic development. The role of government to achieve the success of economic development is to determine the direction of development policy and to achieve good and stable development target. This study aims to determine the effects of independent variables such as Inflation, Labor and Minimum Wage levels either partially or simultaneously to the dependent variable that is Economic Growth in East Java. The analysis in this study used multiple linear regression technique with secondary data in 2011-2016. As a results, all the variables have a significant effect simultaneously on Economic Growth. As variables, Inflation, Labor and Minimum Wage rate have a significant effect partially on economic growth. While the dominant of independent variable, Labor have positive and significant influence to economic growth in East Java.
