Abstract

Members of the Indonesian Navy as a buffer for state defense in the marine dimension in carrying out their duties needreceive optimal and sustainable health support and services by conducting medical tests and examinations at designated hospitals. Research on Juridical Analysis of Health Tests and Examinations for Indonesian Navy Members at Dr. Hospital. Ramelan Surabayaaims to: first, find out and analyze the medical tests and examinations for members of the Indonesian Navy at Dr. Hospital. Ramelan Surabaya, secondly to find out and analyze the legal consequences for members of the Indonesian Navy who do not take part in the implementation of tests and health checks at Dr. Hospital. Ramelan Surabaya. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method where data is collected using observation techniques, non-structured interviews with qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed: first, the Medical Examination and Examination of Indonesian Navy Members at Dr. Hospital. Ramelan Surabaya is going well, health personnel are met, the administration is neat and infrastructure is partially damaged, secondly, there are still members of the Indonesian Navy who do not carry out Health Tests and Examinations due to various reasons. Members of the Navy who do not carry out the Health Examination and Examination must be subject to administrative sanctions
