Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia continues to grow and the emergence of new companies has resulted in intense competition. Intense competition makes the company to develop. Plus the problems that arise due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. One important factor is human resources. Human resources have a very large role because it is humans who carry out activities within the company so that the company is able to achieve its goals. Therefore, companies need to provide guidance and serious attention to human resources, so that employees can truly channel their abilities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, compensation, and promotion on the performance of employees of PT. Surya Multi Indopack in Surabaya. Based on the research subjects in this study were employees of PT. Surya Multi Indopack in Surabaya, this type of quantitative research, uses primary data which is carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS program. The results of the analysis that have been carried out show that the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Compensation does not have a significant effect, but job promotion has a significant effect on employee performance
