Abstract

One of the 38 districts and towns in East Java Province is Tuban. The economic potential of Tuban district today includes coffee as a plantation and agricultural product. Coffee processing business of coffee powder during the implementation of PM-UPUD Coffee powder producers continued to grow in Tuban district as a result of the lifestyle changes of the people who became more inclined to drink coffee in shops. UD. Aisindo Karya Mandiri is one of the IKMs in Tuban that makes coffee powder and moves in the field of coffee storage. This trade unit started its business by processing green beans into ripe coffee seeds. (roast beans). Currently, premium coffee marketing is carried out in 75 traditional markets in 10 districts in East Java, including Tuban, Sidoarjo, Bangil, Rembang, Bojonegoro, Blora, Purwodadi, Ngawi, Magetan, Madiun, and Ponorogo. demand from abroad for coffee powder, but issues of legality hinder exports. The problems faced by the partners of commitment to the community have been solved. This community commitment team has chosen UD.Aisindo Karya Independent as a partner. PM-UPUD provides a solution to enable legality submissions in the form of Limited Company (PT) which can expand the market by meeting consumer demands from abroad. The methods used to carry out public service include at least the following: an understanding of the legality of a business to facilitate export marketing; and training, practice, and support for submitting a business legality. The outcomes and conclusions obtained from the program of dedication to the community including the perpetrators of partners will be more targeted and become the body that has strong legality in the marketing of processed coffee products to the overseas.
