Abstract

This study aims to determine of 1) To find out the development of attractions in the Coastal Luari in increasing the Regional Original Income (PAD) Luari village, Tobelo District, North Maluku Province, 2) To find out the objectives undertaken by the Regional Government of North Halmahera Regency in order to develop the potential of Luari beach attractions . The study took place in Luari Beach, Luari Village, Tobelo Utara District, North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province with the parameters of the community doing business in Luari village and Luari village head as the research respondents. Proving this research hypothesis uses data collection techniques and this form of research uses field research (field research) and library research (library research). The results obtained in this study are 1) Increasing local revenue (PAD) of Tobelo to obtain maximum results that reach the targets set, 2) The active role of the local government of Tobelo regarding the management of Luari beach tourism location will increase the potential of Luari beach tourism.
