Abstract

Online buying and selling activities have been on the rise in recent years. One of the most widely used platforms for online trading in Indonesia is the marketplace. Marketplace is an intermediary that accommodates the seller and the buyer in cyberspace. Marketplace sites act as third parties in online transactions by providing sales features and secure payment facilities. The assessment to determine the marketplace has so far been done manually and of course the assessment can still be influenced by other factors. Therefore, a system will be made that will examine the selection of marketplaces based on user needs using a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. From the results of the tests carried out by the application using 30 respondents in the functional testing test, it was found that the functional average was 97% so that it can be concluded that the functional system has been running well. From the results of the tests carried out by the application using 30 respondents in usability testing, it was found that the average ease of using the system for users was 93%. So it can be concluded that the ease of using this system is easy.
